In the last 10 years, the cost of building a home in Jamaica has increased substantially. Traditionally it takes a couple of years to be able to complete construction on a house. What we are offering is a complete home, constructed for you, in about six weeks!

CTIH manufactures and builds very unique homes. Our domes are engineered and designed by GeoDome Building Components, LLC of Florida, USA. They pride themselves on engineering cost effective and energy efficient homes. The domes that we build are proven and guaranteed to withstand 200 miles per hour winds and category 5 hurricanes. The unique shape of the dome lends itself to utilizing more useable living space and eliminates storm damage to homes (no more roofs to replace or repair)! Constructed with seven inches of foam insulation with an outer shell of concrete and steel means that cool air does not escape through the walls and roof as it would in conventional homes. Our domes are the only known homes in Jamaica to be insulated to this or any degree. This feature dramatically reduces the monthly expense of air conditioning to less than one quarter of any other home currently on the market. This is one of the many features that differentiates us from a traditional cement block house.
