PLEASE NOTE
- The prices above are for our basic unit which includes:
kitchen cabinets, standard countertops, standard fixtures
in bathrooms, ceramic tile floors, interior painted
one colour and exterior to be painted one colour (client
choice of colour).
- Granite and Corian countertops are available at
an additional cost.
- A variety of floor options are also available at
an additional cost.
- All changes to design/structure of the domes will
incur additional service charges.
- The prices provided are for building and interior
finishing ONLY – Land is not included in the
price.
- Caribbean Tropical Igloo Homes will be happy to
assist in locating suitable land for your home as
requested.
- All prices are subject to change as currencies’
fluctuate; however, all written quotes will be valid
for 30 days.
Once you have decided upon the dome you would
like us to build for you, you will need to meet with
a member of our Sales Team to sign the Condition of
Sale. The Condition of Sale is a sales agreement between
CTIH and you at which time a 50% deposit is required.
No more money will change hands until we reach the “Lock
Up” stage of construction at which time 25% of
the balance is due. The “Lock Up” stage
is the point when the dome shell is constructed and
the windows and doors are installed. Please note: at
this “Lock-Up” stage the kitchen and bathrooms
are not complete, light fixtures are not fully installed,
the flooring is not complete. The remaining 25% of the
price of the dome is due when construction is complete.
The homes we construct contain no hidden costs or fees
and represent the cost of the dome construction alone.
Land purchase and all associated costs to prep the land
for construction (i.e. excavation work, power/water
to the site, for example) are not CTIH’s responsibility.
CTIH is however to assist any customers in locating
suitable land for your home, should the need arise.
The prices above are subject to change as foreign currencies
fluctuate, however, all written quotes will be valid
for 30 days.
Each home will be outfitted with locally purchased
kitchen cabinets, kitchen countertops, bathroom fixtures
and ceramic tile floors. The exterior will be painted
one colour as well as the interior; you will get to
choose from a variety of paint samples. Supporting local
Jamaican businesses is not only a company policy but
enables us to keep our prices affordable while still
providing you with quality fixtures for your home. Upgrades
to granite or corian countertops and a variety of flooring
options are available at an additional fee. |
